Q: How do I find a specific item?
A: We've made it easy to find what you're looking for. To search for a specific
item, simply enter the item name, number, or keywords in to the "Search" field on
the upper section of every page. To browse, use the directory tabs of each page.
You may also use the Site Map link located in the bottom section of each
page.
Q: How to Find Out More about a Product?
A:< If you see an item that you are interested in and would like to know more
about it, simply click on the item name or the picture of the item and that will
take you to a Product Detail Page. The Product Detail Page will provide
additional information about the specific item including:
· Larger image of the item (in most cases)
· Pricing
· Availability
· Size and color options (if applicable)
· A brief description of the item(s) and what’s included
· Related accessories and items (when available)
· A link to email the information about the product to a friend
NOTE: PRODUCTS VARIATIONS
From time to time manufacturers make changes or alterations to products without
notifying us. These changes are due to the manufacturer’s production and
availability of materials. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our
control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Manufacturers do not
always notify vendors of these variations. We are not responsible for such
changes and we do try our best to keep the descriptions as accurate as possible.
Pictures of the products on our web site are not the ones of the actual items
that we ship. Some differences in color and other details may vary and we are not
responsible for such differences. We will reflect any changes to the products in
the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. THANK YOU

Q: How Do I Determine if a Costume is the Correct Size?
A: Please note that costumes may have a selection of sizes to choose from. If
this is the case, every size available will be shown. Please make sure to confirm
that you have chosen the correct size when checking out. If there is no place to
enter a size, it is a one-size fits most. Different manufacturers may have
variances in their sizing. Please see specific information in the product
description or our Costume Size Chart. If in doubt between two sizes, it’s
usually best to order the larger size.
Q: How Do I Know if an Item is In Stock?
A: We update our inventory throughout the day to provide the most accurate counts
possible. To determine whether or not an item is in stock, browse to the item you
wish to select. If it is written “In Stock” under the item description, the item
is available and ready to be shipped. If it is written “coming soon” or “Out of
Stock”, we can contact you via email when it is available. Occasionally there are
times when an item may show stock but due to stock miscounts or data feed errors,
may actually not be available. We will contact you shortly after your order to
notify you of the problem and options that are available should you wish to wait
for the item to return to stock, make an alternate selection or cancel the
order.
Q: If an Item is Out of Stock, When Will it be Back in Stock?
A: Occasionally we do run out of stock on items. This may be due to the slow
production or off season delays from the manufacturer or in the case of popular
items simply selling out quickly. When an item is out of stock, we are unable to
give a specific date as to when the item will be available.
If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, we can notify you by
e-mail when the item is back in stock. Simply click on the "Notify Me" button
below the out of stock item and you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address
so we can send you an e-mail as soon as the item becomes available. You may also
check our web site periodically to see when the item becomes available. Please
remember, an e-mail notification does NOT guarantee or reserve an item for you
when it does come in. There are cases when a limited number of re-stock arrives
and then sells very quickly.
Q: Is the information I give you secure?
A: About payment information you don’t have to worry as you will use PayPal for
credit card transactions. So we cannot store any credit card information as these
services don’t share them with sellers. Also, we DO NOT sell personal information
to any outside party for marketing or any other reason. All information is
considered private. Information may be shared only with our distributors to help
process your order. We may use your information to contact you by email to inform
you of any special offers or promotions from SpookyHaunting.com. If you would
like to be removed from our mailing list, just email us with "remove" typed as
the subject line.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: The easiest way to place an order with us is to use our convenient shopping
cart and completing the transaction with a credit card or sending a money order.
As you navigate our site, be sure to click on the Picture or the Name of the item
to see a larger picture and to view the item details. To add an item to your
order, type the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box and click the
"Add to Cart" button. You will automatically be taken to your cart and you will
see your selection listed.
1. From there you will be asked to 'Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping'.
2. You can continue shopping as a guest by clicking on the “Continue
Shopping” button. Please note that you can access your Shopping Cart anytime by
clicking on the “View Cart” link at the top of each page.
3. As items are added to your cart, your shopping cart will also list the
items, quantities and provide a running total of your order including shipping
and handling.
4. Or you can review your order to make sure it is correct and then click
the "Check Out" button.
5. If you made changes to the quantities, please click the “Update Cart”
button to update your Total before checking out.
6. The checkout" button will take you to a page where you will be asked to
enter your information. If you already have ordered from SpookyHaunting.com and
have an account with us, you must click the log in button to complete your order.
This will save you time but please make sure your information hasn’t
change.
7. You will then complete a series of forms with your shipping information
and payment options. You will then be then invited to click on the PayPal button
for a credit card payment. If you decide to pay via money order or check, you
will need to print your cart page and mail it along with your money order or
check. Upon completion, just click "Place Order" and you're finished. A
confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, which you may choose
to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent
automatically. This email will be your sales receipt. Please, read the shipping
options into the help section for more details. If you have any problems during
the checkout process, contact us immediately!
IMPORTANT NOTE: SpookyHaunting.com has thousands of products available! A lot of
them are not entered on our web site yet but are available anyway. Please take
your time and look around our web site. If you cannot find what you are looking
for on our online store, just contact us via email. We can most likely get it. We
are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to meet
your every expectation.
Q: I'm trying to place an order with your shopping cart and it is not working.What am I doing wrong?
A:Your cookies need to be enabled on your system in order for our shopping cart
to work properly. If you still are having difficulties please contact us.
Q: I placed an order with your company for several different items and I received partial shipments on two different days. Why did this happen?
A:For us to offer such a wide variety of products we must rely on several
different suppliers. So depending on what you order, your shipment may come from
more than one address on different days.
Q: Do you offer a printed catalogue?
A:In order to cut costs so we can keep our product prices low, we don’t offer a
printed catalogue at this time. This is also a “Green” concern as to protect our
environment.
Q: Does SpookyHaunting.com have a store that I can visit?
A:We are solely a web based business and do not have a large brick and mortar
store which allows us to offer an everyday low price. Hopefully in the future we
will grow into a store located into a haunted attraction for our customers to
visit.
Q: What is the Account Login?
A:Click the "Account Login" button and then use the "Create New Account" link to
enter your shipping information. This New Account screen allows you to enter this
information just once so that each time you make a purchase with us you won't
need to re-enter it (see our “Security policies and Privacy” section about your
information). Should your information change in the future, it can be easily
edited after logging in. Should you forget your password, we can have it sent to
your email address.
Q: I am unable to order online or I am getting an error message from the Cart. How can I fix the problem?
A:There may be several reasons for this: Your browser version does not POST
information properly. The way to fix it is to update your browser to the latest
version;
Or you do not have your browser set to accept 'cookies'. Check your browser
documentation for how to set this preference. You will also need to enable
Java.
Q: There is a programming error in the site related to a specific product.
A: If everything else is working properly, but you have trouble adding a specific
item, the problem is on our end. Please email us with item number that is giving
you trouble and we will correct it as soon as possible.
