Our orders are shipped via UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified. You will need to ask for a quote if you want your package(s) shipped through the following options:
- UPS 3 DAY SELECT
- UPS 2nd DAY AIR
- UPS NEXT DAY AIR
- US MAIL-PRIORITY for APO, FPO, Military addresses
We only ship to the United States and Canada. We are sorry, but we no longer accept orders for International or Overseas Locations. Due to a large amount of fraudulent activity, to the incredibly high cost of shipping merchandise to an address overseas, Customs and tracking problems, we have decided to cancel this service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be.
b) ORDERS PROCESSING - ( Return to top )
Once payment has cleared our bank, orders are normally PROCESSED within 24-48 hours.
Occasionally there are delays beyond our control that may prolong the average processing times, (e.g.: severe weather condition delays, seasonal order volume delays, web server delivery delays, etc.) If a longer than expected delay is anticipated, we will attempt to advise you of this condition. After the order processing time, shipping times will be based on the delivery option you selected.
Military addresses (APO/FPO)
Between the months of November and August, we will accept orders shipping to APO/FPO Military addresses. They will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail at ground rates unless the package is oversized or overweight.
During September & October, we are unable to ship directly to APO/FPO Military Addresses as delivery by Halloween is not guaranteed. If you would still like to place an order and live in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, please enter your correct billing address, have it shipped to a friend or family member in the states, and have them forward the package to you.
SPOOKYHAUNTING.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS SHIPPING TO APO/FPO addresses. For safest shipping, please provide a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS if possible.
c) DELIVERY TIME - ( Return to top )
All IN STOCK items usually SHIP within 24-48 hours once the order has been processed.
If any items are OUT OF STOCK causing an extended ship time, the customer will be notified once the order is processed. If we do not receive other instructions, we will maintain the item on backorder and ship it when it is available.
Delivery time may also vary depending on whether the merchandise must be custom made "Special Order", and the time of season. Most animated props and all oversized items are shipped to customers via Truck Freight and this may also extend delivery times.
Please, make note; SPECIAL ORDER items can take up to 4-8 weeks, especially since many items must be hand made and take a specific amount of time to produce. Please, email us for more detail for a specific item.
Therefore, it is advised that you send in your order as soon as possible to avoid the seasonal "rush". The Halloween Season comes up fast, so please get your orders in early!
d) TRACKING YOUR ORDER - ( Return to top )
The day your package is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. A direct link to the UPS web site is included in this email. By clicking the link you may obtain the UPS tracking information for your order. All you will need is your order number for UPS Tracking to track your shipment and this can be found within this email. *(Tracking will not be available for non-UPS deliveries).
Please note: Tracking will be available only after UPS performs their initial scan. Therefore tracking may not be available until the following business day after the order is placed.
e) SHIPPING COSTS - ( Return to top )
Shipping varies based on weight and dimensions, where you live, and how fast you need your order. When using the on-line shopping cart to order, it will give you at Checkout process the cost of your shipping and handling charges.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no hiding fees in our shipping costs as we don’t use them to make a profit. Some are using a CALCULATOR to give you the shipping charges but it doesn’t guaranty you will pay for the real shipping costs. These calculators are easy to trick. It’s easy to sell cheaper when you hide profits in the shipping and handling charges.
All orders are subject to a $5.50 Handling fee. This fee is charged by our suppliers and we make no profits on it. This fee is automatically applied to Shipping & Handling in the checkout process.
All shipping and handling charges are for customers residing in the USA only! Customers residing in Canada, Alaska and Hawaii need to ask for a quote before ordering.
EXCEPTIONS
Shipping rates do not apply to orders with:
1. OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT Items that need CRATING / SPECIAL PACKAGING
2. Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses
3. Canadian shipments (Exclude fees related to Customs, such as taxes, and brokerage fees)
NOTE: From time to time it may be necessary to ship from more than one of our three locations based on in-stock inventory. We will make every effort to ship your complete order from one location; otherwise a split-ship may be necessary at OUR EXPENSE.
Oversize or Overweight Items:
Items that are OVERSIZE OR OVERWEIGHT will be subject to additional charges and these charges may vary greatly based on the actual order and these factors:
1. Shipping destination and point of origin.
2. Dimensions and Weight of the oversize shipment.
3. Certain logistics involved with the shipment such as; residential address vs. commercial address, loading dock facilities, number of steps, etc.
4. Transport method and speed required (UPS, Common Carrier Truck, etc.)
Oversized items or extremely heavy items must be shipped ground so be sure to order early. If you select 2-day or Overnight on an oversized order, your order will most likely be shipped ground automatically.

f) CANADIAN ORDERS - ( Return to top )
Charges for your order include merchandise and shipping & handling only. You will also be responsible for any taxes/duties levied by your country and for customs brokerage if necessary. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. If the Canadian Customs department releases your package to you and charges the duty to SpookyHaunting.com, we will charge you back.
Please note that Canadian delivery times can only be guaranteed pending normal customs clearance.
If you are unsure about the types or amount of fees you may be expected to pay, we urge you to contact your local customs office. Please do not contact us with these questions. We do not keep customs information for individual countries! It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you ordered are not prohibited for entry into your country.
If your shipment is returned unclaimed or for refusal to pay customs, it will be handled under our normal return policy. Shipping will not be refunded. We must include an accurate invoice of items for customs. Requests to do otherwise will be ignored.
APO/FPO addresses must also include a customs form. We can only ship to APO/FPO addresses through the US Postal service. The delivery time is NOT guaranteed. If you have an APO/FPO address and need a guaranteed delivery time, you must provide us with STREET address to which UPS can deliver and choose the International Express shipping option. In this case, your shipping address will be to the country where you are stationed, NOT USA.!

Please be aware that should you pay by way of credit cards through PayPal we will not send merchandise to any other address other than the one that you have on file with the credit cards companies or with those services. We can make no guarantees against availability of merchandise. If you have made a purchase with a "low stock" item and the item is found not to be available anymore, you will be notified of the order cancellation and we will issue a charge credit to the charge card of record for the cost of the not available item(s).
